On Friday, April 26th at the Hyatt Regency in Santa Rosa, our associates attended the 5th annual North Bay Business Journal’s 2019 North Bay Community Philanthropy Awards. Dave Fahrner and Nadia Valenzuela, who consistently demonstrate exceptional dedication to their communities, accepted the award on our behalf. After gathering nominations and extensive review, we were selected as one of the outstanding examples in the North Bay of corporate giving and community involvement. We’re so honored to have been recognized for our philanthropic efforts for the 4th year in a row!

One of the core tenets of our business philosophy is our commitment to the communities that we live and work in. We believe in giving back time, talent and treasure in any way we can to the communities that have supported and helped facilitate our growth.

In order to give back to the communities we live in, every Terra Firma Associate donates a portion of their commission to a fund at the close of escrow and at the end of each quarter the team decides which local organization or individual will be the benefactor. Terra Firma’s community fund donated $16,500 to local non profits just last year! In addition, we participate in various projects and specific community campaigns, supporting a variety of organizations such as animal shelters, youth programs and food banks to local families in need. Most recently, collecting donations for the The United Way of the Wine Country’s Flood Recovery and Wellness Fund.

Our associates live out this business philosophy every day which has cultivated trust and created unbreakable ties in the community. We’re blessed to live and work in each of these amazing communities and helping our clients navigate the world of real estate in each.  To help educate, counsel, explore and share our knowledge and expertise to achieve their goals, live their dreams and to understand the nuances of each county and communities they hold.
