Profile
Traci Stanier is a lifelong Californian who was born in Anaheim, raised in the Town of Upland and has been a Napa resident for nearly two decades. She has a diverse and dynamic background in sales, the service industry and operations work that gives her a unique perspective on life and work. Combined, it was only natural for her to begin a career in real estate. Traci Stanier joined Corcoran Global Living Napa office in January 2016.
Traci launched her professional career at the age of 19 taking a job with Fontana-based, California Steel Industries (formerly Kaiser Steel) where she accepted an inside-sales position handling accounts in Northern California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Southwestern Canada that generated $30 million per year in sales. After being at California Steel Industries for eight years, Traci moved to Napa to join her fiancé. Traci quickly found work at the Reynolds Family Winery initially handling tasting room sales. Traci’s expertise in sales and customer relations led to a high-visibility role in wine club event coordination. As a result of her hard work and dedication, Traci was asked to take a position as Administrative Assistant to owner Suzie Reynolds, working for her family’s insurance company, M.J. Hall and Company. While at M.J. Hall and Company, Traci performed her duties as an Administrative Assistant in the insurance industry.
A resident of Napa for since 1998, Traci has an intimate familiarity with the residential properties, schools and community attractions that make Napa Valley life so desirable. Encouraged by a close friend to look into real estate sales, I liked the idea of working for myself and helping others achieve their real estate goals. She researched Corcoran Global Living, met with the company’s principals and felt being part of their team was a good fit. Traci spent her first two years assisting two of Corcoran Global Living senior agents. This opportunity enabled her to not only learn all about the behind the desk side of real estate, but also to gain valuable experience out in the field from two of Napa’s finest agents. Now starting her third year, she will be working as a full time agent. Traci is an excellent communicator who brings a fresh and energetic approach to real estate. When not assisting clients with purchasing their dream homes or selling their current residences, Traci spends her free time with her husband and five children. The family enjoys traveling and spending time on Lake Tahoe, boating and jet skiing.
“What attracted me to Corcoran Global Living is that it is not just a place to work, it is a family. I have had many positions over the years, but have never been so warmly welcomed or felt more supported than I do with TFGP.”
