Sarah joined the Terra Firma Global Partners Sonoma Office in 2012. She entered the real estate industry as an investor but it was her desire to be well versed in the rights and responsibilities as an owner that started her on the path to becoming a licensed agent. She began in land sales and rural properties which gave her a significant foundation to launch from. It was here that her love of the land and technical knowledge of the industry joined together into a satisfying career.
My goal is to earnestly represent client’s best interests while firmly rooting their dreams in the process of buying or selling real estate. This can oftentimes be a major life transition so it’s essential to have a foundation of trust with your real estate agent to navigate through these changes. Cultivating this partnership gives me great satisfaction. We work diligently together to determine the spiritual and pragmatic needs while matching them to the right property. I have had the honor of working with a broad spectrum of people and properties, always helping folks find their place.
The real estate industry is a dynamic and educational climate. It has given me the advantage of a diversity in experience which includes dealing in short sales, home sales & purchases as well as raw land and ranch sales.
I hold the Green Designation through the National Association of Realtors and the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert). I have also completed the Permaculture Design Consultant certification with Toby Hemenway.
It is my priority to continue to cultivate permaculture and placemaking skills through ongoing education and creative community involvement. In addition, I volunteer for the Ceres Project and the Visual Histories of Homelessness in Sonoma County Project and am a member of the Sebastopol Art Center. I live in Sonoma County with my son and enjoy being a Mom, a dancer, painter & sculptor, and making client dreams come true… All of these skills and spheres influence my real estate career and it, in turn, supports ongoing creative exploration.
