Manda Mello is just like your girl next door — but so much more. Born and raised in Santa Rosa, Manda Mello embraces the hard-working and approachable spirit Sonoma County is famous for. She was inspired to begin her career in real estate after her own home purchase. She realized, as a first time homebuyer, there was a need for real estate professionals who can walk first time homebuyers through the process with honesty and integrity.

She joined Terra Firma Global Partners’ Santa Rosa office in 2020, with over a decade of experience and production accolades. Despite her extensive experience with both buyers and sellers alike, Manda is always trying to learn more about houses, property and the differentiated Sonoma County markets. She has even been known to crawl underneath a house to gain a better understanding the property. As a result of this ethos, Manda has been a consistent full-time agent with repeat clients that trust her judgment and rely on her skill and ability to help them navigate ever changing real estate market.

Manda’s main focus will be residential and ranch/vineyard opportunities in Santa Rosa, Larkfield, Sebastopol/West County, and Redwood Valley areas. However, she does cover all of Sonoma County and parts of Mendocino as well.

Manda, a true animal lover, also mirrors Terra Firma’s commitment to the community and supports local organizations like, Muttville, Forgotten Felines, Mendocino animal shelter, Lost Hearts, Souls Horse Rescue and Redwood Gospel Mission. She also enjoys riding and caring for horses, fishing, travel, hiking, the ocean, and classic cars.
