Lisa joined Corcoran Global Living in 2019. Although she earned her real estate license in 2017, her love for all things “home” began many years ago when she studied interior design in college. As a 25-year veteran of the hospitality and event management business, she finds satisfaction in applying her well-honed people skills, her penchant for multi-tasking, and her commitment to excellence towards helping people realize the dream of homeownership.
“My husband and I didn’t think it was possible for us to own a home, but with the help of many people we saw our dreams come true. I would love to be one of those people that help a family realize their dreams!”
Whether buying a home or attending an event, Lisa is dedicated to delivering a positive experience to those she works with. Lisa’s business philosophy — to always put the needs of the client first — is exactly what we look for in an associate. And it turns out, Corcoran Global Living’s company culture of collaboration and community is just what Lisa was seeking in a brokerage as well.
Lisa was born and raised in the East Bay, growing up with a deep appreciation for its rich cultural/social scene. She attended Cal State Hayward where she earned her AA in Humanities and BA in Cultural Anthropology. A casualty of the housing shortage in Marin, Lisa and her family moved from Marin to Petaluma almost 8 years ago. While she admits she didn’t want to move at first, now she says she wouldn’t have it any other way.
“We have rooted ourselves here and love this community. We have called Sonoma county home for 7 ½ years, and we are still finding new places and things to love.”
While life as a working mom doesn’t lend itself to hobbies, Lisa loves to get outside for a hike or bike ride, go camping, or watch her girls play sports while her husband coaches. The ultimate treat for this busy mom? A getaway to somewhere warm and sunny, a good book and some “R & R”.
