Henry Schlangen joined the Corcoran Global Living Napa Valley Offices in 2013. A well respected professional by his peers and clients, he has been one of the “go to” people in St. Helena for many years. Before joining the Corcoran Global Living team Henry held positions as an associate with Pacific Union International and partner at Maher Advisors. Henry’s focus is vineyard, winery and estate properties in Napa and Sonoma Counties with a primary focus in St. Helena and the surrounding area. Henry will be instrumental in launching and leading our St. Helena Offices to better serve our clients in the Up Valley markets.
With Henry’s extensive experience in the luxury/estate property market segments he will head the Up Valley operations of Corcoran Global Living. A third generation and wine country native, having grown up in Geyserville, Schlangen graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science Degree and worked in New York, Texas and Oregon before returning 12 years ago to settle in St. Helena to raise his family. Henry’s prior experience in development and retail sales included the Calistoga Ranch, an Auberge resort, and the Valley Club, a private golf club in Sun Valley, Idaho.
