Betsy Serafini began her real estate career in 2003. After practicing in the field for seven years and working with some of the top producing professionals in the Sonoma County marketplace, Betsy joined the co-founders of Terra Firma Global Partners in 2010 to help build and develop the regional startup company.  With her strong technology skills, knowledge of the transaction, attention to detail and innovation, she was a natural to support Bill and Heidi in their efforts to bring to market a very unique and special company.

Betsy is invaluable to the team. She is responsible for all backend and support services to the field and doing the R&D on new products and services to keep the company at the cutting edge of service and technology.  Betsy guides the associates and company to stay relevant and on top of their game both on the transactional and marketing areas of the business.  She is one of our greatest assets.

Betsy is a graduate of the University of San Francisco, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behavior and Development. She spends her free time with her children and husband attending sporting events, traveling, cooking and enjoying all that the Wine Country has to offer.
