About Me
Jaime Pera’s life-long love for real estate coupled with two decades spent working as a real estate industry financial executive makes him uniquely qualified to provide clients with exceptional real estate transactional and advisory services. He focuses primarily on identifying and filling his client’s needs in order to create value for them. Jaime works closely with his clients to identify and establish clear goals along with a winning strategy to achieve those goals. He devotes quality time to studying real estate market trends and locating opportunities in the market whether for personal use or investment. Jaime’s core belief is that when you help people make the right decisions, at the right time, you become their Realtor for life.
Prior to joining Terra Firma Global Partners, Jaime served as Chief Financial Officer in real estate, consumer goods and technology environments, ranging from start-ups to high profile, well-established companies. Most recently Jaime was the CFO for Pacific Union International, a major, multi-location Bay Area real estate firm.
Jaime is a native of Argentina and is bilingual in English and Spanish. He was raised in Mill Valley, attended St Hilary School in Tiburon, St Ignatius College Prep in San Francisco, and received a bachelor’s from the University of Santa Clara. An avid reader, he enjoys studying economics, history, people and cultures.
