Referral Network Program Outline

Prior to developing our referral program we researched many of the standard systems our competitors have in place and found they not only lacked a benefit to you financially but failed to help you actually set up a model for sustainability.

Below you will find some key points for you to consider as a member of our team.

• A program designed for long term relationships and results.
• Referral consultants will receive a high dollar return.
• A quarterly marketing strategy will be prepared for you to forward to the top hundred in your sphere of influence. (Market Updates, Community Activities, Property Right Issues, etc.)
• Through our web and social media strategies you will be able to maintain and build relationships with your sphere of influence in a number of ways.
• Build long term referral bases not one time opportunities.
• Give your client peace of mind knowing they will work with the best in the business.

The Process:

• A valid referral has to be received and signed into our TFG Partner system by the referring consultant.
• There will be a 30% fee attached to all referrals.
• The referral associate will receive 80% and TFG Partners will retain 20% of the 30% referral fee at close of escrow.

Let’s look at an example of your earning potential under TFG Partners. Given most people know 3 to 5 people who buy or sell in a given year let’s assume you are able to refer 3 people in a twelve month period each with an average commission of $10,000. (30% of 10K = 3K to TFG Partners Referral Company – referral agent is paid 80% or $2400 and TFG Partners retains $600.) So over a year’s time if you have three valid referrals you would have earned an additional $7200.00 under our program.
