About Me
Amber Payne began her real estate career in 1998 as a sales assistant to one of Napa Valley’s top agents. In 2000 Amber obtained her real estate license and transitioned into her own real estate career having the pleasure of working with many successful Napa Valley associates and growing as a professional. Now with her years of experience and a tremendous foothold in the community Amber is a trusted and knowledgeable agent providing her clients with a high level of service and a commitment to the communities she serves.
Amber has had the benefit of training with some of the most respected and successful real estate professionals in the Valley and is proud to carry that experience forward in her own career. In the current real estate environment Amber has been instrumental in successfully representing short sale and REO Sellers and Buyers and understands both the technical and emotional aspects of working with very complicated scenarios.
Throughout each transaction Amber’s clients benefit from her dedication and follow through. For her, providing support and encouragement to each client is also a large part of her success and referral business. She truly enjoys the challenges involved in helping people achieve their real estate goals and the strong relationships built along the way.
Amber is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the North Bay Association of Realtors (including the Napa Chapter). She is actively involved in the Lake Berryessa community where she lives with her husband and three children. She is a past Board Member for the Lake Berryessa Chamber of Commerce and served on the Capell Valley PTA board for 3 years.
