Sandie Schach

Senior Sales Associate

Profile

Sandie Schach joined the Terra Firma Global Partners Sonoma Offices in 2013. Sandie comes to Terra Firma with a long history in the lending industry prior to transitioning into real estate which has given her a strong foundation to build her career from. In addition, Sandie has accounting and construction industry experience. All these skill sets help establish Sandie as an experienced professional able to educate and guide her clients through the complicated process of selling and buying real estate.

While Sandie services all of Sonoma County, she has particularly strong market knowledge for the communities of Santa Rosa, Petaluma and Rohnert Park. Sandie’s commitment to her family and local community (particularly sports), has allowed her to learn about the culture of her communities and what is important to the families that live in them. She is an avid “sports” Mom having coached for local softball leagues and serving on the Board of Directors for the Rohnert Park Girls Softball League in addition to playing on a local adult soccer team with her husband.

Sandie’s love of real estate coupled with her personal business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit (her family also owns Brain Freeze Yogurt Shop in Petaluma) is reflected in her work with clients. She loves helping people realize their goals and recognizes that for most people buying or selling their home is a big step in their lives. She has great problem solving skills and digs in to get her deals done with no fear.

Sandie has the qualities we value so much in our associates and is reflected in her recent quote: “I believe client service and client’s interests should always be considered first in any transaction. Learning how passionate Terra Firma Global Partners is in the success of their clients and associates is what attracted me to this great company.”
