Senior Sales Associate Annalise Demuth joined Terra Firma Global Partners Sebastopol office late in 2017 after years of working in the Wine Country housing market with a Marin County-based real estate firm.
The San Francisco native has been connected to the Wine Country most of her life. She grew up near the Castro district before it was “the Castro” and started visiting the North Bay and became intimately familiar with vineyard properties after her father bought a vineyard in Boonville, Mendocino County. That was in 1978 and he later started making wines on the property. Annalise also attended Santa Rosa J.C. before finishing her education with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Holy Names University in the East Bay. Her brother operates Eric Demuth Wine Company in the Russian River Valley.
Now a Windsor resident, Annalise is focusing her real estate practice in West Sonoma County, particularly from Windsor to Sebastopol and from Sebastopol to Occidental. She enjoys listing homes for sale as well as representing local homebuyers and high net worth people seeking second homes, destination properties, lifestyle properties and vineyard estates.
“Clients often tell me that they choose me as their REALTOR® because of my direct – though not necessarily blunt communication style, plus that I work hard at educating them on the home buying or selling process as well as market conditions so that they can make the most informed decisions possible. I pay close attention to the details in order to provide positive client experiences and achieve the outcome they desire.”
Prior to her affiliation with Terra Firma Global Partners, Annalise was a REALTOR® representing a Marin based real estate company, where she starting working in 2008 after relocating from the East Bay to Marin County. She earned her California real estate license in 2003 and worked for East Bay firms Red Oak Realty, Maison Neavoux Real Estate and Triple Investments, which owned and managed 30 residential properties. At Triple Investments, Annalise was responsible for all the forensic accounting associated with the firm’s book keeping and the P&L statements associated with the foreclosure flips the company performed during and after the Great Recession. After college, she held management team positions with Barclays Global Investors and WindRiver Technologies prior to changing careers to real estate.
Annalise joined Terra Firma because of the level of support the company provides, management’s accountability standards for themselves and the camaraderie that is evident among the company’s associates.
She enjoys hiking with her two “ankle biters,” Sir Winston Prancelot (10 lbs.) and Coconut Pancakes (5 lbs.), wine tasting, a good crime novel or crime show and playing ping pong. Her teenage son is the light of her life.
