	Vice President, Heidi Rickerd Rizzo began her real estate career in 1978. Her passion and commitment to the industry are now reflected in the recent development of her own Real Estate Brokerage, Terra Firma Global Partners. With a long history of marketing/selling of investment property, single family homes, exchanges, and landlord/tenant law Heidi brings a strong foundation as co-founder of Terra Firma Global Partners. 	Director of Operations, Betsy Serafini began her real estate career in 2003. 	Senior Sales Associate, Robin Bianchini joined Terra Firma Global Partners in 2010. A lifelong resident of the North Bay, Robin has lived in Rohnert Park for the past 25 years and specializes in residential real estate sales in Marin, Sonoma and Napa counties. New to real estate but not to sales, Jen recently moved to the Napa Valley from Todos Santos, Mexico where she facilitated home sales through Spanish translation.
