Terra Firma Global Partners was founded in 2010 by Heidi Rickerd-Rizzo and Bill Facendini, two lifelong North Bay residents who have worked with a wide range of clients in their careers. They have owned, managed and led major real estate organizations throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Combined they have over fifty years of real estate experience in many facets of the industry. The primary focus of the company will be real estate brokerage serving Marin, Sonoma and Napa Counties. Other services under the TFG Partners umbrella will include a Broker to Broker consulting program, individual coaching and business transitions systems and a company referral network.

At Terra Firma Global Partners we understand the ebb and flow of the real estate market, we recognize that business is built on long standing relationships and we also know now is the best time to roll out a new company, with new ideas and new approaches to real estate brokerage services.
